Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The subject FIR in the aforesaid case was quashed by an order of this Court dated 28.05.2015, but on the condition that the petitioners deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the order.

The cost was not deposited by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners today informs this Court that the cost has been deposited. He also produces the original receipt in token of having deposited the aforesaid amount. Photocopy of the said receipt has been given to the IO of this case. Let the original receipt be taken on record.
