% 31.05.2017 In this petition, a mandamus is sought to respondents to allot an alternate plot of 150 sq. yards to petitioner in terms of recommendations made by the Land and Building Department, Delhi Administration, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The second prayer made in this petition is to direct respondents to correct the lay out plan of the area in question. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition be treated as a representation and respondents be directed to decide it expeditiously on parity with the case of a similarly placed person-Smt. Krishna (Annexure P-2 colly).

Upon notice, counsel for respondents submits that respondents be granted reasonable time to decide petitioner's representation in W.P.(C) 5110/2017

accordance with the law.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and application are disposed of with direction to respondents to treat this petition alongwith its annexures as a representation and to decide it in the light of Annexure P-2 (colly.) by passing a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter to enable him to avail of the remedy, as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
