W.P.(C) 5216/2017 & CM No. 22170/2017 (for stay) It is noted that the petition has been filed by the petitioner against the East Delhi Municipal Corporation. Mr. Singh, who appears for the Corporation states that the subject matter of the petition, shall be under the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi and this Court would not like to entertain the petition.
