Matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the settlement agreement dated 01.12.2025 before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

As per the settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum Rs.1,37,500/- along with the interest accrued thereupon, which is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court, to the Second Party/LR No. 2 and the Third Party/LR No. 3.

Apart from this, the petitioner has also agreed to pay a further sum of Rs.10,000/- to the LRs of the deceased Respondent No. 1 in full and final settlement of all dues. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the LRs states that the amount of Rs.10,000/- in pursuance to the settlement has been received by the LRs. Registry be directed to send the amount of Rs.1,37,500/-, along with accrued interest, to the bank account of LR No.2, Smt. Jaina Eric who is the wife of deceased Respondent No.1. LR No.3, who is the daughter of deceased Respondent No. 1 has relinquished her share and rights in favour of LR No.2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that she has no objection to this request.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement.

The Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.1,37,500/-, along with accrued interest, in the bank account of the LR No.2. The details of the bank account as furnished in the form of a cancelled cheque, are: A/c Number: 1502000101150374, Punjab National Bank, IFSC: PUNB0161000.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
