2. These appeals are directed against the interlocutory order dated 5th May, 2017 in IA numbers 14142/2016 and 310/2017 passed by the Learned Single Judge in CS(OS) 1755/2011. The Court is informed during the pendency of these appeals the aforementioned suit itself has been dismissed for non prosecution. In that view of the matter, these appeals have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such.
