% 16.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The total valuation of the dispute is less than Rs.1 crore.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 4th April, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the respondents as well as their counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will also inform the learned counsel for the respondents about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
