% 16.02.2016 Mediation report is awaited. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date before the learned Mediator is 18th February, 2016.

The petitioner filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The total valuation of the dispute is less than Rs.1 crore.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Rohini (North-West), Rohini Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 4th April, 2016.

The mediation report will also be filed in the Transferee Court if settlement arrived between the parties.
