% 24.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.923/2015 under Section 307 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered at PS Nand Nagri and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

As per the Status Report filed, the petitioner has been declared a Proclaimed Offender.

Considering the nature of weapon used, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question on the basis of compromise. The petition as well as the application are dismissed. JANUARY 24, 2018 MUKTA GUPTA, J.
