% 17.07.2017 At the outset this Court notes that the nature of the present petition appears to be of a PIL. Petitioner concedes this. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 points out that the grievances and irregularity pointed out the petitioner qua respondent no.4 has been addressed by respondent n.1 and an order had been passed on 20.5.2017. That order is also a hurdle in the way of the petitioner. This has necessarily to be answered by the petitioner. Be that as it may, the petitioner at this stage seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty granted to him to take additional steps as he may deem fit.

Permission granted. Dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid liberty.
