W.P.(C) 5650/2015 and CM No. 10173/2015 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 4 (Delhi Wakf Board) states that the Kabristan at Khasra No. 816, Gali No. 10 on 60 ft road, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdra, Delhi - 32 is now in possession of the Delhi Wakf Boad and the possession was taken through respondent No. 3 on 05.11.2015. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further directions are necessary in this writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
