1. There are in all the six bills of entry (B/Es) in respect of which the Petitioner has prayed for clearance/release by the Respondents Customs Department.

2. On instructions of Mr. Manoj Aggarwal, Inspector, Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned Senior standing counsel for the Customs states that as far as Bill of Entry bearing No. 9608475 dated 8th May, 2017 is concerned, there is an issue regarding valuation and an order in this regard will be communicated W.P.(C) 5087/2017

not later than three days from today i.e. 3rd June, 2017.

3. As regards B/E No.9550038 dated 3rd May 2017, according to the Department, it is a case of misdeclaration of goods and seizure memo has been issued on 29th May, 2017. A copy thereof has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner.

4. As regards the remaining four B/Es, it is stated on instructions that they would be ready for release once an appropriate order is passed by the concerned Deputy Commissioner. It is directed that the release order in respect of the four B/Es be passed and communicated to the Petitioner not later than three days from today i.e. 2nd June, 2017.
