C.M.Nos.10459, 10464 & 10470 of 2015 (for exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to just exceptions. Applications are disposed of.

W.P.(C) Nos.5804, 5805 & 5808 of 2015 Issue notice. Ms.Monika Arora, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and submits that the writ petition can be disposed of today. In all these cases, the writ petitioners claim the benefit Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACP) from their employer i.e. Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). The Petitioners had completed 30 years continuous service and were, therefore, entitled to the benefits from the respective dates. They did so. In fact, one of the writ petitioners in W.P.(C) 5808/2015 is in service; the other two have since retired. In view of the directions given by this Court in Shekhar Chand vs. Union of India & Others in W.P.(C) 4632/2015 and other connected cases decided on 11.05.2015, the Respondents are hereby directed to process the Petitioners' case for grant of MACP benefits from the day and date they become eligible and release the arrears of pay and wherever applicable pension etc. in view of the fitment and increments. The entire process shall be completed within 12 weeks from today.

The writ petitions are allowed in the above terms. Order dasti.
