O R D E R

% 25.10.2017 Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties in Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 24.10.2017. Both the parties also submit that they have settled the dispute fully and finally.

Settlement agreement report has also been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The same is taken on record and marked as 'Mark A'.

As per the settlement agreement Mr. Vivek Mago, Director of the petitioner has handed over the cheque bearing No. 114114 drawn from Bank of Maharashtra dated 25.10.2017 for an amount of Rs.1,56,362/- to the respondent.

W.P.(C) 819/2015

Both the parties submit that they are bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 24.10.2017. Learned counsel for the parties submit that nothing remain pending between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition be disposed of.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of subject to the encashment of the aforesaid cheque. Accordingly, CM Nos. 1425/2015 and 15603/2015 are also disposed of.
