FAO(OS) 48/2015 & CM 1718/2015 and CM 1720/2015 The learned counsel for the appellant states that although he has filed the application for review of the order dated 05.11.2014 in IA 10230/2013, it is actually an application for restoration of the said application, which was dismissed on account of the non-appearance of the defendant/ appellant herein. In view of the fact that such an application has been moved, he does not press the present appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to pursue the said application.
