% 10.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the tardy pace of investigation in FIR No.98/2017.
He also feels aggrieved by the fact that despite other allegations in the FIR, the case was registered under Section 448 of the IPC only.
Ms. Nandita Rao, learned ASC submits that the police is investigating the case and if during the course of investigation, any other material would come against the accused person, the police would not be shy away from submitting charge sheet in the aforesaid Section. This court directs the investigating agency to investigate the subject FIR in a proper and fair manner and take the case to a logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible.
