O R D E R

% 29.05.2015 Medical prescription of the wife of petitioner has been verified by the State according to which surgery of petitioner's wife is scheduled for 6th June, 2015. She has been advised admission in the hospital on 4th June, 2015. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of three weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period petitioner shall not leave territorial bounds of Delhi. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
