The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning in-eligibility letters issued to them holding that they are ineligible for being rehabilitated under the Delhi Slum and JJ Rehabilitation and Relocation Policy, 2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the appellate remedies. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.

It is further directed that if the petitioners file their respective appeals

within a period of one week from today, the same would be considered uninfluenced by any question of delay.
