W.P.(C) 6545/2015 & CM 11914/2015 This petition pertains to the tender issued for fogging machines (Pulse Jet Type). The last date for submission of the bid was 20.03.2015. It was extended up to 25.03.2015. However, the petitioner did not participate in the said tender and sought to raise certain issues. The petition has been filed much later after the bid opening date and that too when the petitioner had not participated in the same. On this ground of delay itself, the petition is not maintainable, particularly in view of the fact that the machines were to be used as a drive against Malaria.
