As per the record, the present petition has already been allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn by the Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 04/12/2015. Ld. proxy counsel appearing for the applicant is unable to explain as to how the present IA is maintainable in a already disposed off matter.

This application is liable to be dismissed and is being dismissed forthwith. This IA stands disposed off accordingly.
