Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 5529/2017 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made an application for grant of authorization for a sum of ₹1,09,00745/- under the Incremental Export Incentivisation Scheme (IEIS). 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as against the first application dated 24.08.2013 for grant of a sum of ₹29,17,419/-, credit of only ₹1,77,719/- has been granted and against the second application dated 27.03.2015 for grant of ₹79,83,326/-, credit of only ₹59,09,518/- has been granted. He further submits that, for the balance amount, neither the credit has been granted nor any reason has been communicated as to why the

petitioner is not entitled to the same.

The petitioner has also made representations to the respondents for granting credit for balance amounts, but the same have not been disposed of till date.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the parties, the petition is taken up for hearing.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to the grant of the balance amounts, or a part thereof, the respondent shall issue the scripts for the same. In case the respondents are of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to the balance amounts as claimed, they shall communicate the reasons for the same to the petitioner. The entire process shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today. 8.
