% 25.05.2017 Both the sides submit that the subject matter of this petition stands resolved in terms of Settlement-Agreement of 12th May, 2017 reached amongst the parties at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in Cont.Cas (C) 750/2014.

In view of above, this petition and application are disposed of in terms of Settlement-Agreement of 12th May, 2017 in Cont.Cas (C) 750/2014. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of aforesaid Settlement-Agreement, failing which aggrieved party shall be at liberty to seek reopening of this contempt petition.
