No.18090/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in para nos.1 to 8 & 10 of the application, which has been signed by the parties and their counsels, inasmuch as, has been supported by the affidavits on behalf of the plaintiffs and defendants. Application is marked as Mark 'C-1'. I do not find terms of the settlement to be contrary to the law. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Mark 'C-1'. Accordingly, decree is passed in terms of Mark 'C-1', which shall form the part of decree. Date already fixed in the matter, that is, 20th October, 2015 is cancelled.
