JUDGMENT
% (ORAL) This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.117/2013 under Sections 420/467/468/ 471/448/120-B/34 of IPC registered at P.S. Ranhola, Delhi. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that co-accused-Shashi Dhar Sharma has been already granted pre-arrest bail by another Bench of this Court vide order of 10th September, 2014 and that the case of petitioner is at par with the case of co-accused and that petitioner is ready to join the investigation as and when directed. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State has placed on record status report.
Without commenting upon merits of this case, it is directed that in BAIL APPLN. 2767/2014
the event of arrest, petitioner-Vishal Sharma S/o late Sh. Ram Sharma be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer. Needless to say, if petitioner fails to join investigation, then respondent-State would be at liberty to get this order revoked.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
