None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. 2.
This Court notes that none had appeared for the petitioner even on the last date of hearing, i.e., 26th May, 2025.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 22nd May, 2025, this Court had passed the following order:
"1. Attention of this Court has been drawn to the order dated 21st July, 2023, wherein, the petitioners had been directed to take instructions as to whether they would like to prosecute the present petition or not.
2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C) 9874/2024, submits that he may be granted some time to seek instructions.

Perusal of the aforesaid order shows that counsel for the petitioner had sought time to take instructions whether the petitioner intends to prosecute the present petition or not.

However, none has appeared for the petitioner today, as well as, on the last date of hearing. Clearly, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present matter.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
