% 31.05.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner.

Mr.Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has failed to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 22.11.2016 passed in the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.8081/2016 to consider the complaint of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within three months.

Notice. Mr.Peechara accepts notice. He submits that he has instructions to state that inadvertently the directions contained in the order of 22.11.2016 could not be complied with. He submits that the order would be complied with within three weeks from today. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of binding the

respondent to the statement made in Court today. We hope that the order would be complied with and the order so passed would be communicated to the petitioner at the address mentioned in the writ petition.
