% 22.01.2016 Vide order dated 9th October, 2015, the Registrar General of this court has been directed to make a complaint under Section 340 CrPC for prosecuting the appellant for commission of offences under the Indian Penal Code before the concerned Magistrate.

Pursuant to the said order, a report from the Registrar General has been received to the effect that the complaint stands filed before the concerned Magistrate. The report is taken on record.

The matter shall be diligently followed up.

Report shall be filed within three months from today.
