1. Notice. Mr. D. Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the assessment of tax and interest of the Petitioner was passed as Nil demand.

3. In that view of the matter, it is directed that the refund order will be issued within three weeks from today. Within a period of one week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest due thereon, if any, shall be paid directly to the Petitioner's account.

4. If there is any non-compliance with the above directions, it will open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies.
