% 24.01.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be given one date to examine the record before the trial Court and he will not seek another date before the Court concerned. The learned counsel for the respondent also agrees for giving one date and has no objection, if the same is allowed. In view of the submissions of the counsel for the parties, the impugned order is set aside and the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 31.1.2017.
