% 14.09.2017 It is submitted that two other co-accused have been extended the benefit of anticipatory bail by a Bench of coordinate jurisdiction today. Learned APP, on instructions, admits this fact. Role of the petitioner is not different than the co-accused, namely, Akash and Neeraj. In this case also, petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 31st May, 2017. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to

the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
