% 04.10.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Shiv Prakash of police station Anand Parbat.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other.

A quarrel took place between them on trivial matter which led to registration of FIR No. 252/2015 under Sections 354B/509/506 IPC at police station Anand Parbat against the petitioners, on the complaint of respondent no.2. it is further submitted that with the intervention of elders in the family and common friends, petitioners and respondent no.1 have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 15/07/2018, therefore, present FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion.

She has no objection in case FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Affidavit of respondent no.2 in this regard has been placed on record.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
