% 23.08.2017 Action taken report has come to be handed over by Mr. Aroraa. As per the action taken report, work stop notice was issued for erection of any cellular mobile tower and as per the inspection again carried out, cellular mobile tower has been removed from the subject premises. Ms. Balachander, ld. counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 on her part submits that in view of the concern shown by the petitioner, who is a neighbourer, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall not get any cellular mobile tower erected, unless all the required permissions are granted by the competent authorities and against which, the petitioner would always be within her rights to challenge,

if, so considered proper by the petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file afresh, if, any fresh cause of action arises. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. A. K. CHAWLA, J AUGUST 23, 2017 rc
