The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her daughter Ms. Parveen. Notice was issued on 13th June, 2017. Status report has been filed by learned counsel appearing for the State.
It is contended that Ms. Parveen is a major and as per information of the Investigating Officer, she has got married of her own to one Mr. Sameer Hussain as per Islamic Shariat Law.
Investigation has revealed that she has got married and is living with Sameer Hussain (respondent no.5). 2.
Ms. Parveen and Mr. Sameer Hussain are present in the Court and Ms. Parveen states that she is aged about 27 years and is presently W.P.(Crl.) No.1800/2017
employed as a (Primary) Tacher in East Delhi Municipal Corporation School.
She submits that she has got married to Sameer Hussain as per her own wishes and is living happily with him. She, however, has expressed an apprehension that there is a perception of threat at the hands of her parents since she has got married out of her own wishes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no threat at the behest of the petitioner or her family members. 4.
Without going into the controversy, since Ms. Parveen is present in the Court and has got married and she states that she has married out of her own wishes, we dispose of this petition with directions to SHO Seelampur to provide contact details of some Investigating Officers or Beat Constables to Ms.Parveen and Mr. Sameer Hussain who may be contacted in case of any difficulty or uncomfortable situation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
