% 27.02.2019 Impugned order of 8th June, 2016 summons respondent No. 2 for the offence under Sections 379/447 of IPC and the Revisional Court vide impugned order of 16th March, 2017 has added the offence under Section 427 of IPC.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondents No. 3 to 11 ought to be summoned for the aforesaid offences. Attention of this Court is drawn to statement of Mr. Rakesh Kumar (CW-6). Upon hearing and on perusal of impugned orders and the statement of CW-6, I find that no case for summoning of respondents No. 3 to 11 is made out.
