% 17.09.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant are neighbours. There is delay of two months in filing the present FIR. It is submitted that niece of petitioner Muskan lodged the FIR No.

584/2017 under Sections 365/328/342/376/506/34 IPC against the brother of complainant. Sister-inlaw of petitioner also lodged the FIR no. 640/2017 under Sections 452/506/509/34 IPC at police station Kalyan Puri against the brother and parents of the complainant.

As a counterblast, present FIR no. 20/2018 under Sections 323/354/354-B/509/376/506/109/34 IPC has been lodged at police station Kalyanpuri.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it

is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
