% 02.06.2017 W.P.(C) 5235/2017 The petitioner claims to be the owner and landlord of property bearing No.R-689, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060 except the ground floor. The complaint of the petitioner is that despite his having carved out a designated area for installing electricity meters, upon the renovation work carried out at the entire building and change of meters from single phase to three phase. The respondents have installed the meters at a place which is neither aesthetically proper and also interferes in the movement at the behest of a disgruntled neighbour.

Notice. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 accepts notice without admitting any averment made in the writ petition, submits that the respondent no.1 would have no objection to shift the meters at the designated place carved out by the petitioner. He submits that in case of any opposition the local police may be directed to provide safety to the officers of the respondent no.1. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the respondent no.1, the

writ petition is disposed of. Let the meter be shifted from the disputed place within one week as agreed.

Copy of this order be brought to the notice of SHO P.S. Rajinder Nagar who will ensure that there is no untoward incident, breach of peace and proper protection will be granted to the officers of respondent no.1. It is made clear that this order would not affect the legal legitimate rights of the neighbour. Dasti, under the signatures of Court Master/Private Secretary. C.M.
