% 05.02.2018 The respondents have filed an order which, as per the petitioner, is contrary to law. It is, however, accepted by the petitioner that there is an alternative remedy by way of filing objections which could then be disposed of by the Objection Hearing Authority. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner had not preferred objections and limitation period has expired.
We dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections within a period of three weeks from today. In case objections are filed within the aforesaid time, they would not be dismissed on the ground of limitation. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits. The writ petition is disposed of
with no order as to costs.
