% 27.03.2019 On 17.10.2016 limited notice was issued to the respondent as after making part submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would not be averse to try and settle the matter with the respondent. Thereafter the dates have been taken by the petitioner and on 07.03.2018 a cost of Rs.10,000/- was also imposed upon the petitioner. The cost has also not been paid. None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates. Even today none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
