Ms. Runa Bhuyan, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2, 3 & 5 and Mr. Yajur Bhalla, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4 and they submit that there is no objection to the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and the FAO 63/2015

amended memo of parties of 5th August, 2016 filed alongwith this application is taken on record.

The application stands disposed of.

C.M.No.28816/2016 Learned counsel for the contesting parties submit that this appeal needs to be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement of 8th June, 2016. Copy of the said Settlement Agreement is annexed to this application.

In view of the stand taken as aforesaid, the main appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement of 8th June, 2016 while rendering the impugned order of 14th October, 2014 ineffective. FAO 63/2015 In view of the above order passed in C.M.No. 28816/2016, this appeal stands disposed of.
