% 12.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection letter dated 26.05.2014 wherein his application seeking allotment of alternate plot in lieu of his acquired land had been rejected. The reason for rejection was that certain clarifications which had been sought for from the petitioner qua his occupancy status of House No. B-14, Panchwati, Delhi along with Election I-card was not clear. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that pursuant thereto the petitioner had filed certain additional documents in the court, copy of which had been furnished to the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the case of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the fresh documents which have been filed by the petitioner.

This writ petition is, accordingly, treated as a representation qua the petitioner and all the documents which have been filed by him

along with his additional documents be treated as representation to the Department who shall now answer the representation within a period of three months. The outcome of the representation will be communicated to the petitioner.
