O R D E R

% 29.05.2015 State has verified the certificate dated 12th March, 2015 issued by Parnami Orthopaedic Hospital. According to this certificate, son of petitioner has been advised 'hip replacement' surgery and which, in fact, is scheduled for 5th June, 2015. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released from the jail for a period of four weeks subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period petitioner shall not leave territorial bounds of Delhi and shall visit SHO of the concerned police station once in a week, that is, on every Monday at 10 am. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before Jail

Superintendent.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
