% 14.12.2016 Matter has been taken up today as 12th December, 2016 was declared holiday on account of Milad-Un-Nabi (birthday of Prophet Mohammad). FIR has been registered on the complaint of mother of the deceased, who died within seven years of her marriage. In the FIR, complainant has specifically said that deceased told her that she was not given food in the matrimonial home and dowry was demanded.

Petitioner and husband of deceased have been specifically named in the FIR, as the persons, who had demanded dowry. No ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
