U &II These are two petitions filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of two FIR Nos.633/2015 under Sections 307/34 IPC and 645/2015 under Section 324 IPC, both registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.
On the basis of the complaint made by Ms.Jasmine Kaur (respondent No.2 in Cr1. M.C. No.2426/2015), the FIR No.633/2015 was registered under Sections 307/34 IPC against Mr.Saranjeet Singh and Mr.Harjit Singh (petitioners in the said petition) and on the basis of the complaint made by Ms.Gunit Kaur (respondent No.2 in Crl.M.C. No.2427/2015) the FIR No.645/2015 under Section 324 IPC was registered against Ms.Jasmine Kaur (petitioner in the said petition).
Since the parties are family members, as Mr.Saranjeet Singh and Mr.Harjit Singh are husband and brother-in-law of Ms.Jasmine Kaur and Ms.Gunit Kaur is sister-in-law of Ms.Jasmine Kaur, they have settled their disputes amicably. Mr.Saranjeet Singh and Ms.Jasmine Kaur are living together. They are also present in Court and are duly identified by their . respective counsel. They have confirmed the said settlement. They have no objection if both the FIRs be quashed.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,, in order to maintain peace and harmony between the parties and in view of the averments made in the petitions as well as the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR Nos:633/2015 under Sections 307/34 IPC and 645/2015 under Section 324 IPC, both registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the respective petitioners, subject to the petitioners, in both petitions, furnishing their personal bonds of good conduct for a period of five years. They shall
additionally undertake therein that during this period, they shall maintain good behaviour and character and shall not indulge in any such activities as have been mentioned in the subject FIRs. The same be filed within three weeks.
The petitions are accordingly disposed of Dasti. IYSINGI, J.
