% 25.02.2016 Respondent has been served for 16.10.2015 and time had been sought to file a reply. Today again an adjournment has been sought. Power of Attorney has not been filed till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a delaying tactic on the part of the respondent.
Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the present petition if the proceedings before the ARC are expedited.
This Court has been informed that affidavit by way of evidence of the plaintiff/petitioner has been filed in the Trial Court. Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition preferably within an outer limit of eight months from today. With these directions petition disposed of.
