Crl. M.C. No. 2521/2017 & Crl. M.A. No.10516/2017 (stay) The petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the petitioner. Learned APP for the State states that the petitioner has already pleaded guilty before the Trial Court and the matter has been referred to the Lok Adalat which is listed for tomorrow i.e. 08.07.2017. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition.

In view of above, the petition along with all applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
