% 30.03.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that his name be included in the seniority list for consideration of his case for recommendation of allotment of alternative plot. Petitioner has also claimed compensation on account of harassment for the act of the respondent for not including his name in the seniority list.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that name of the petitioner has been included in the draft seniority list and his case would be considered as per his seniority.

He further submits that present writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the inclusion of the name of the petitioner, present writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of. Ordered accordingly. Writ petition is disposed of.
