% 14.07.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 16.08.2013 wherein the case of the petitioner has been rejected in the absence of the requisite documents.

The contention of the petitioner is that she has received the documents late and also submitted that these documents should be considered by the respondent.

The respondent shall consider the documentary evidence to be adduced by the petitioner in accordance with law and the policy of the department. The case of the petitioner will be considered as per priority and she will have to stand in que.

No further orders are required to be passed.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
