% 31.07.2015 Ms Suruchi Aggarwal has brought the income tax refund order of Rs 10,88,388/- dated 29.07.2015 in favour of the petitioner. The rectification order under Section 154 has also been brought by Ms Suruchi Aggarwal. Both the income tax refund order and the rectification order under Section 154, in original, have been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. A copy of the said order under Section 154 is taken on record.

In view of the foregoing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further directions are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
