% 14.12.2017 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with application filed therewith and instead approach the civil court by review application on the ground that the area where the demised premises is situate is not notified and covered under the provisions of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958. The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
