BAIL APPLN. 1089/2015 Petitioner is real brother of complainant. It appears that a quarrel took place between them on a trivial matter, wherein complainant has alleged that petitioner along with one boy gave beatings to him by fists and kicks. In the meanwhile, petitioner's son, namely, Kushal Gupta @ Piyush came there and gave a blow on the head of complainant by cricket stump. Nothing is to

be recovered from the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K.
