This Court on 23.05.2019 had directed that in case the paper book is not supplied within one week from the date of the said order, the petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. On the last date 24.09.2019, on account of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, passing of adverse orders were deferred. The petitioner still not supplied the copy of the paper book including the petition to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Petition is dismissed in default.
